Antonino Belcaro was born in 1990 in Rosarno and studied Political Science and International Relations at the University of Pisa, where he also obtained a Master in Business Administration. He immediately entered the Infection Control sector, dealing with direct sales of medical equipment and related services, as well as tender management. At Cisa Group, he gained in-depth knowledge of the medical device market for the healthcare, scientific and pharmaceutical industry sectors, working closely with public and private operators. Today, after overseeing projects in central-northern Italy and business development in Eastern Europe, he holds the position of Sales Manager, with responsibility and coordination of the ISEE (Italy and South-Eastern Europe) team.
Francesco Crotti was born in Lucca in 1980. He graduated with a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering - machine design curriculum, at the University of Pisa, in October 2004. After a year and a half in the maintenance department of a major French multinational corporation (Saint-Gobain Glass), for the following 17 years he dedicated himself entirely to the design and R&D of machinery and equipment. His first experience began in 2006 in the pharmaceutical industry, working for a leading Italian company (IMA S.p.a., Zanchetta division); in 2012 he joined Cisa, initially as Senior Engineer in the Cisalabs R&D department and from mid-2013 as Technical and R&D Director. Today, Francesco holds the position of Chief Technology Innovation Officer . Over the last 5 years, he has participated in EU funded R&D projects, winning two POR-FSE calls for tenders (2017-2019 and 2020-2022) and one call for tender for an Italian Competence Centre (2021-2022). He has 9 patents filed as an inventor.
