MBA graduated with more than 20 years of experience in Packaging solutions.
I worked as for Multinational enterprise, Family owned Companies and Private Equity found.
I achieved a long track of targets on commercial leading roles of multi-function / multi-cultural teams including senior Managers.
I also maturated operational experience, driving manufacturing & Converting sites in Italy, UK and Ukraine.
Currently as Managing Director of Alpla Italia, I'm the head of Italy.
In the recent past I covered the role of CEO of the holding Company which was controlling cascade 8 stand-alone European entities + C levels roles as General Manager / Board of Director / Branch’s Administrator as well.
At the beginning of my professional journey I worked in different positions like R&D engineer, Marketing and Business Development, Sales Manager and Commercial Director.
I have experience with leading changes in a complex organization with team based in different European countries including UK, Poland, Hungary, CZ, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Russia.
I successfully driven 2 different Turnaround and then M&A accordingly.
I lived in Spain (Barcelona), France (Paris), and Germany (Leipzig) while currently I am based in Italy (Milan).
