General Director of UNIRIMA (National Union of Collection, Recovery, Recycling and Trade Companies of Waste Paper and Other Materials), member of the Executive Committee of ERPA, the Paper Recycling Confederation within EURIC – European Recycling Industries' Confederation, and a permanent invitee to the Board of Directors of Comieco. Lecturer in Master’s programmes on environmental issues and waste management, as well as in advanced technical training courses for major companies. Member of the Scientific Technical Committee of Ecomondo.
Former Vice President of the “Waste and Wastewater Management” Commission of the Order of Engineers of the Province of Rome, Lecturer at the Advanced School of Local Public Administration, Member of the UNI Paper Technical Committee and the Paper and Cardboard Price Committee of the Milan Chamber of Commerce, Technical Director of the Observatory of Local Authorities on Separate Waste Collection, Technical Director of a waste treatment plant, member of the Monitoring Committee for the Anci-Conai Agreement, of the Technical Working Group for monitoring the Anci-CDCRAEE Programme Agreement, and of the Technical Working Group for monitoring the Anci-CDCNPA Programme Agreement of the National Coordination Centre for Batteries and Accumulators. Member of the Scientific Technical Committee of the Italian Composting Association.
He has designed waste management plants and services. Author of reports, studies, and scientific publications, he has presented papers at numerous technical seminars and conferences.
