Mr. Torsten Fischer is founder and Managing Director of Krieg & Fischer Ingenieure GmbH. He has been active in biogas plant engineering and construction since 1993 and has broad experience with different technologies used in AD systems.
Under his lead, Krieg & Fischer Ingenieure has done engineering for projects all over the world with main focus on Europe, North America and Japan, gathering more than 160 references.
Since 2009, Mr. Fischer has been recognised a publicly appointed expert witness in the field of biogas. As an expert and appraiser, he prepares technical assessments for courts, authorities, insurance companies, lawyers and consumers in the field of biogas.
