Our flagship system, Factor 1-L, is designed to recycle waste oil and lubricants into pyrolysis oil, synthesis gas, and carbon black. These byproducts have a wide range of applications, including heat and energy production, fuel manufacturing, roadwork additives, and, with an additional processing unit, the transformation of pyrolysis oil into ether, white spirit, xylene, and kerosene. These chemicals are widely used in industries such as food, plastic, rubber, paint, and automotive manufacturing.
In addition, we have developed the Factor 1-LRP system, which extends our recycling capabilities beyond oil-based liquids to include rubber and all types of plastic—even mixed waste collected from the ocean or other environments.
Currently, our waste recycling systems can process up to 30 tons per day. They are also highly mobile and easy to transport, allowing them to be deployed in various locations with minimal infrastructure requirements.
Looking ahead, our future innovations will enhance processing capacity and efficiency, enabling recyclers to generate even greater revenue by converting waste into valuable products traditionally derived from crude oil. Our approach aims to reduce electricity and heating costs for businesses and society while lowering waste disposal taxes. By offering on-site waste processing solutions, we minimize waste transportation and raw material imports needed for energy production and manufacturing.
